How do I return an item?
No returns for any item that has been used or altered from it's original condition. No returns after 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service email address for help on returning a product. email@example.com. Product inspected on return before issuing refunds.
Return label in most cases will be provided and emailed directly to you to be printed for returns. Most refunds will be issued in same form of payment type. If returned product is declined due to foul play observations an email will be issued with a description and no refund will be accepted until case is pleaded and explained. Some cases shipping back requires pre paid label from customer cost. Some items can not be returned due but most products can be returned. Full refund will be issued after receiving return asap back to customer deducting any coupon or pre approved discounts.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless expedited shipping is selected when ordering. We also use usps, fed-ex and few other partnered shipping companies. Speed can vary depending on many factors such as, "rush" time of years such as holidays months.
