WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Product must be un-used. Returned 15 days from purchase date unless error in quality extending returns up to 1 month from purchase. Money is refunded when item arrives back to us and inspected (give up to 1-2 weeks). Refund in credit when possible or refunded same as form of payment recieved.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Any gift cards unlock 20% off first purchases! An emailed receipt will be sent via email confirming transaction and details regarding gift card use.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cards, pay-pal, apple pay, square, and other buy now pay later payment options. Trusted payment transactions, secured and never saved unless you choose, details in your account info. under the, "wallet," page.
When should I expect my product to arrive?
Shipping time ranges since we do offer different shipping options depending on how soon you need the product to arrive. We are always check rates from different companies to make sure every dollar we save you save.
What if my items arrives damaged?
We work hard to prevent this from happening but unfortunately accidents do happen. We will handle each situation case by case, making sure in the end the customer has an un-damaged working product or money back guarantee. Within our policy listed time frame.
